Opportunity for professional development across various areas of the company. **Job Objective** Provide comprehensive support to the commercial department and supervision, performing multifunctional duties to ensure continuity of sales, customer service, logistics, and event organization—always focusing on efficiency, collaboration, and strong interdepartmental relationships. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with CRM or commercial ERP systems; * Experience in preparing commercial proposals, client follow-up, and supporting negotiations; * Strong interpersonal communication skills and organizational ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks. **Requirements** **Education:** Completed high school (preferably in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields); **Experience:** Prior experience of 1 year in commercial roles, customer service, or inside sales is preferred; **Technical Knowledge** * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * OMIE system (preferred) * AI knowledge (preferred) * Experience in preparing commercial proposals, client follow-up, and supporting negotiations; **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Timely completion of internal deadlines and tasks * Efficiency in temporarily assuming other roles * Organization and control of materials and inventory * Supervision and cross-departmental satisfaction * Participation in and quality of event deliverables **Main Responsibilities** * Temporarily substitute for sales representatives, customer service support staff, and logistics assistants as needed; * Monitor post-sales activities through surveys to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain consistent commercial service quality; * Address requests from the commercial supervision team, meeting deadlines while maintaining delivery quality; * Participate in company events—including those outside the state of São Paulo—with transportation and accommodation arranged by the company; * Establish partnerships with schools, training institutions, and universities to promote the brand and generate new relationship opportunities; * Schedule classes, organize teaching materials, and prepare promotional items in advance; * Manage the instructor’s schedule, ensuring adherence to planned programs and commitments; * Accompany instructors during classes when necessary, providing technical/operational support to them and commercial support to attendees; * Research and propose annual event participation opportunities, organizing the calendar and conducting preliminary quotations for evaluation by supervision and management; * Assist in event organization, supporting the commercial supervision team in: Ø Quotations for service providers Ø Contract facilitation Ø Deadline tracking Ø Updating planning spreadsheets * Conduct quotations and place orders for promotional items, track deliveries, verify quantities and quality, and organize promotional material inventory; * Manage inventory of promotional items and advertising materials, arranging replenishment as needed; * Maintain effective communication across all departments to ensure seamless integration and smooth internal processes; **Team Collaboration:** * Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies and promotions, assisting with digital content editing as requested by marketing, following briefings and guidelines; * Contribute ideas for joint initiatives between marketing and commercial departments; * Propose process and project improvements within marketing, commercial, and events departments; * Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and feedback regarding sales performance and customer needs; * Perform other job-related tasks as directed by supervisors; When subordinate positions described in the Career Plan are unoccupied, perform the tasks outlined for those positions.
