




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of menu data, ingredients, and nutritional/allergen information, acting as the technical support and control focal point. Participation in Innovation Projects Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all menu data, ingredients, and nutritional/allergen information within the Mobius system (and related systems). Acts as the technical support and control focal point for cost management and adherence to the Food Program standards. **I. Systems and Data Management (Mobius)** * Ensure daily input and updating of planned menus in the Mobius system, guaranteeing accuracy of ingredients used in production. * Correct and validate Mobius system data daily, ensuring all products, brands, barcodes, and allergen information are correctly identified for each preparation. * Manage product registration and updates, barcodes, and pricing in the menu database and purchase requisition system. * Issue and place identification labels for preparations at the buffet, ensuring accurate communication of ingredients and allergens to users. * Update the Change Log spreadsheet, including information on ingredient, preparation, and allergen substitutions and changes during service. **II. Support for Controls and Processes** * Provide direct support for updating Technical Sheets and menu planning. * Assist in creating and updating Purchase Requisitions based on defined menus. * Support daily menu cost control, aiding in financial efficiency analysis. * Knowledge and application of the client’s Food Program criteria and guidelines. **III. Projects and Innovation** * Provide support for the NL system implementation project (or other management systems).
