Job Summary: Responsible for developing, designing, and optimizing institutional and commercial presentations, aligning them with the brand’s visual identity and applying design and storytelling principles. We are seeking someone to join our \#Planning team. Responsibilities: - Develop and design layouts for institutional, commercial, and internal presentations (Keynote / PowerPoint); - Ensure alignment with the brand and client’s visual identity, adhering to color palettes, typography, and stylistic guidelines; - Adapt and optimize existing presentations while preserving aesthetic and narrative coherence; - Organize content logically and fluidly, highlighting key points and facilitating comprehension; - Apply principles of visual design and storytelling to ensure rhythm, clarity, and cohesion in presentations; - Create mockups and visual simulations to contextualize presentations or materials, making them more tangible; - Use graphic elements—such as icons, illustrations, and infographics—to reinforce the narrative and enhance visual impact; - Create graphics and posts for Rái’s social media channels, respecting the brand’s identity and communication objectives; - Optimize visual assets for each platform to maximize engagement and visibility. Requirements: Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising and Public Relations, Communications, or related fields—with a focus on design; Proven experience in creating and designing presentations; Familiarity with Keynote is a plus, but not mandatory; Proficiency in vectorization, image retouching, and editing; Mastery of editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Basic knowledge of AI tools—including Midjourney, Veo3, Firefly—and familiarity with conversational chatbots (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) is considered a plus; Solid understanding of storytelling, information hierarchy, and non-verbal narratives.
