




Job Summary: A Project Management and Customer Service professional to lead digital marketing communication projects, ensuring the achievement of clients' objectives and goals, with an emphasis on results and team management. Customer service with a focus on digital marketing and communication. We are seeking a professional to lead Project Management and Customer Service. Preferably with experience in the education market. You will be responsible for making decisions that impact project delivery and the entire team’s daily workflow, and serve as the key person ensuring clients’ project objectives and goals are achieved. We seek a leader with expertise in digital marketing customer service/planning, as well as empathy and teaching ability to guide clients. You will work on communication projects for brands from kick-off, planning, digital campaigns, content production monitoring, digital platform maintenance, budgeting, financial flow, etc. Key Responsibilities: \- Lead projects with a focus on results, managing deliverables and involved teams; \- Act as a connector among agency teams, such as creative, content, performance, and development; \- Conduct weekly/daily meetings with the team; \- Control, document, and monitor all tasks across projects under your management; \- Provide necessary conditions and guidance to creative teams, technical teams, and vendors; \- Monitor deliverables and service quality; \- Create and manage task schedules; \- Coordinate task execution and deadline adherence; \- Negotiate deadlines and priorities as needed; \- Maintain a clear understanding of required priorities. Requirements: Prior experience as a Project Manager and/or in customer service/planning; In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing; Fluent English; Intermediate or advanced knowledge of digital tools and channels such as Google, Meta, RD Station, Analytics, and digital marketing metrics; Organization, proactivity, sense of responsibility, determination; Focus on action plans for projects; Strong interpersonal skills with both team and clients; Results orientation; Conflict resolution capability. Desirable: Experience in the Education sector; Knowledge of Agile methodology; Interest/knowledge in people and process management; T-shaped professional.
