Join us in this journey and in our \#OurPlusWayOfBeing **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform pharmaceutical assistance and warehouse management tasks under the guidance and supervision of the Pharmacist; * Complete specific pharmaceutical assistance records—including electronic systems—as instructed by the Pharmacist; * Participate daily in the team briefing ("bate mapa"), sharing and gathering information to ensure patient safety; * Monitor and control medication and material expiration dates and stock quantities on a monthly basis; * Conduct daily counts of controlled medications per Ordinance No. 344/98; * Adhere to Good Practices for receiving and storing medications and materials, as directed and supervised by the immediate manager; * Archive pharmaceutical assistance records; * Provide humanized care and deliver pharmaceutical attention and assistance; * Participate in inventory planning activities to ensure patient safety; * Comply with institutional routines, norms, and regulations; * Sort and divide medications by time period following pharmacotherapeutic analysis; triage prescriptions according to dosage instructions and distribute them to respective departments; * Monitor medication stock levels and notify when a given medication reaches its minimum stock level, triggering procurement; * Receive and inspect goods; participate in inventory audits; monitor temperature and humidity; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Adhere to all principles and conduct criteria outlined in the Administrative Compliance Manual – SPDM Policies and Integrity Principles; * Carry out institutional responsibilities regarding personal data protection practices under the General Data Protection Law (LGPD); * Perform departmental/sectoral activities in accordance with directives from the immediate manager and institutional standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience in the field. **Additional Information** * Professionals from partner companies, suppliers, and/or service providers, as well as individuals with familial or affinity ties working in the same service or under alternative contractual arrangements (e.g., contracted through third parties), must comply with current HR regulations, verified via consultation with the Recruitment and Selection Department. * Work location: Near Hospital São Paulo Metro Station; * Working hours: Monday to Saturday – 6 hours per day. **Who We Are** We are SP Plus, a Day Hospital and Diagnostic Center offering a new concept of supplementary healthcare, equipped with the most advanced market technologies and contemporary professionals.
