This position is strategic for our team, as it directly contributes to strengthening relationships with our audiences, achieving service excellence, and supporting the company’s sustainable growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** Initial customer service: handling inquiries, compliments, and complaints; Proactive customer retention; Correcting service errors via WhatsApp; Guiding customers on self-service options; Transferring calls from the reception; Providing order delivery status updates. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in related fields is a plus.
