Join us and become part of a team committed to saving lives and building Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform operational administrative tasks such as various controls, routine procedures, filing, scheduling, and data entry. * Organize and manage files; sort and classify documents. * Conduct periodic cleaning of processes. * Request and manage office supplies for the department. Headquartered in the state capital, Seconci\-SP operates 12 additional outpatient units across São Paulo State, delivering medical outpatient care, dental services, diagnostic tests, and complementary and support services. **INTEGRATED OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT** Beyond providing assistance to construction workers, Seconci\-SP has, for over 25 years, advised companies across all sectors/segments on integrated occupational health and safety (OHS) management. It employs experienced, highly qualified professionals, including occupational physicians, safety engineers and technicians, as well as market-recognized specialists. Another key differentiator: Seconci\-SP uses the SOC system, the market-leading solution for OHS management.
