




Job Summary: A professional to identify and treat oral communication impairments, covering hearing, voice, language, and oral motor skills, with a focus on rehabilitation. Key Highlights: 1. Work in speech and communication rehabilitation and improvement. 2. Provide care for hearing, voice, and language disorders. 3. Develop therapeutic plans and monitor patients. Identify oral communication problems or impairments using appropriate assessment techniques and providing phonetic, auditory, articulation, vocal projection, and other training to enable speech improvement and/or rehabilitation. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Address communication disorders by providing care for hearing, voice, oral and written language, and oral motor impairments; Guide patients on the reintroduction of oral feeding after intensive care; Support weaning from mechanical ventilation/tracheostomy to reduce time spent in intensive care; Provide guidance on postural adaptation, medications, food consistency, and the need for alternative feeding routes; Provide care and monitor treatment for patients with speech-language pathology disorders; Develop individualized therapeutic plans and implement proposed strategies; Conduct interventions in urgent and emergency cases; Maintain up-to-date patient records and service documentation, and prepare reports; Assess patients considering their needs, potential, and clinical condition; Provide matrix support to caregivers through active listening, joint reflection, guidance, and monitoring of provided services; Carry out departmental/sectoral activities in accordance with instructions from the immediate supervisor and institutional standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology; * Active registration with the Professional Regulatory Council; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$4\.000,00 \- R$8\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Childcare allowance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have easy access to the Perus / Pirituba area? * Do you hold active registration with the Professional Regulatory Council?
