Job Req Number: 111481 Time Type: Full Time **Junior Logistics Analyst** **OBJECTIVE** Organize, plan, analyze, and control logistics operations, supporting operational processes, quality, inventory, receiving, dispatch, facilities, and other related areas. Ensure inventory accuracy, achievement of productivity and quality targets, compliance with safety regulations and internal standards. Ensure effective communication with managers and customers by distributing information clearly and transparently. Contribute to continuous improvement through projects that promote cost, process, and resource optimization. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Plan, organize, and monitor daily departmental activities according to priorities, deadlines, and available resources. * Ensure compliance with company and customer-established processes, regulations, and standards. * Distribute relevant information, ensuring transparency, clarity, and operational control. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), quality, and productivity. * Prepare, analyze, and submit managerial and operational reports. * Identify failures, propose improvements, and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Support and accompany internal and external audits, providing necessary information and evidence. * Keep management informed about deviations, anomalies, and identified risks. * Ensure correct and up-to-date use of departmental systems and tools. * Act as an interface between customers, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring agile and professional communication. * Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, costs, and resources. * Uphold compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and sustainability (ESG) practices. * Train, guide, and support teams on new processes and operational adjustments. * Perform other duties related to the role and extraordinary departmental demands. **DSV – Global Transport and Logistics** Working at DSV means working in a different league.
