Job Summary: A professional responsible for cleaning and sanitizing indoor and outdoor areas using equipment and cleaning products, while maintaining workplace organization and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cleaning and sanitization of indoor and outdoor environments 2. Operation of cleaning machinery and equipment 3. Careful maintenance of materials and safety The professional will perform cleaning in indoor areas (administrative offices, restrooms, floors, corridors, walls, and fixed staircases) and outdoor areas (courtyards, corridors, and parking lots) through sweeping, collection of general waste, washing, and sanitization. Restock supplies in designated areas. Replace hygiene supplies as needed. Maintain routine hygiene and cleaning procedures. Operate cleaning machinery and equipment (e.g., floor scrubber and high-pressure washer) when required. Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and supplies. Use ready-to-use cleaning agents (disinfectants) during task execution, as well as personal protective equipment to prevent occupational hazards and accidents. Maintain organization and cleanliness of tools and equipment used, keep the work area orderly, and provide support to the immediate supervisor.
