In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance and availability of our services, operating on the front line of monitoring and incident response. **Key Responsibilities** * Configure Zabbix (triggers, hosts, host groups, dashboards, access controls, users, and integrations) * Configure Grafana (dashboards, access controls, and integrations) * Monitor customer environments, IT/Telecom infrastructure, and voice/data links using alerting tools such as Grafana, Zabbix, Aruba Central, and similar platforms—proactively preventing incidents and responding rapidly when they occur. * Remotely access internal infrastructure and customer equipment to perform checklists and preventive maintenance. * Provide high-quality technical support to ensure high availability and performance of customer platforms. * Respond promptly and accurately to customer requests, documenting and resolving issues per technical procedures and industry best practices. * Create and maintain up-to-date technical procedures and documentation. * Stay current by reading operational procedures, participating in forums, trainings, certifications, and other learning opportunities. * Keep the knowledge base updated: monitor revision and updating of operational procedures (documents), research new solutions, critically analyze processes, and propose improvements. * Handle service requests while ensuring internal and customer satisfaction. **Technical Requirements** * Experience configuring Zabbix (triggers, hosts, host groups, dashboards, access controls, users, and integrations) * Experience configuring Grafana (dashboards, access controls, and integrations) * Experience in Infrastructure Monitoring — NOC (Zabbix and Grafana) * Experience developing scripts for Zabbix integration * Certifications: AZ-900, Zabbix, Grafana (preferred) * Intermediate English proficiency **What We Offer** * Collaborative environment with autonomy and support for technical growth; * Direct exposure to critical environments and cutting-edge technologies; * Opportunity to work on significant, high-availability projects.
