Description: * Bachelor's degree; * Experience in the Sustainability field; * Technical knowledge of greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory, decarbonization plan, GRI reporting, TCFD, CDP, IFRS S1 and S2; * Advanced English proficiency preferred; * Availability to work onsite in São Paulo/SP. * Coordinate the Sustainability Report (GRI, SASB, and Integrated Reporting); * Update the Materiality Matrix and ensure ESG compliance; * Manage GHG Inventory for Scopes 1, 2, and 3 (GHG Protocol); * Develop and monitor the Decarbonization Plan (SBTi); * Manage climate-related risks and opportunities; * Coordinate responses to CDP and ISE questionnaires; * Lead socio-environmental and climate innovation projects; * Engage employees through sustainability initiatives and training; * Monitor ESG KPIs and stakeholder engagement. 2512190202551927610
