Focus on cost optimization and continuous process improvement * **JOB MISSION** Ensure the technical and operational conditions of Iguatemi developments (shopping centers and commercial towers) meet an excellent standard of reliability, safety, and optimized costs, incorporating best practices and technological innovations, while delivering outstanding service to customers, tenants, and employees. Lead the formation and maintenance of a successful, operational, and multidisciplinary team by providing inspiration, training, and personal development; disseminating knowledge regarding assets and construction systems in use; fostering understanding of maintenance processes and techniques; asset management principles; shop-floor best practices; safety and risk management, among others. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES – What and How?** -------------------------------------------------- Technical and multidisciplinary management in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, civil, automation, HVAC, energy, utilities, and related fields. People management within the team through monitoring, evaluation, guidance, development planning, and feedback, offering encouragement, support, and direction—particularly concerning team conduct—to ensure mission achievement in alignment with our Code of Ethics and Conduct. Budget and cost management, including resource and financial planning, action planning, and monitoring of expenditure and savings throughout the facility lifecycle. Ensure the technical and legal compliance of developments with public authorities, professional associations, and applicable regulations (AVCB, CREA, NRs, ARTs, potability, etc.), via deadline management, action planning, inspections, reports, projects, and other related activities. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, covering the full asset management cycle (technical registration, routine planning, execution, KPIs, critical analysis, and optimization), promoting continuous process improvement. Contract specialized services by defining detailed scopes, conducting competitive bidding processes, and managing service execution and performance evaluation. Ensure technical quality and safety in tenant installations through project reviews, construction monitoring, and regular inspections during the operational phase. Control and optimize general utility consumption, particularly water, gas, effluents, and electricity. Develop and issue periodic reports according to established procedures, standards, and regulations. **NOTES** --------------- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields). Experience leading operational teams.
