**Job Mission** Ensure the accurate picking, verification, organization, packaging, and shipment of materials and products, guaranteeing that orders are dispatched within quality standards, established deadlines, and internal company procedures, directly contributing to logistical efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Pick orders according to production orders and commercial requests; * Verify materials, finished products, and shipment volumes prior to dispatch; * Perform packaging, identification, and labeling of products for shipment; * Organize goods in the shipping and warehouse areas; * Assist in loading and unloading of materials; * Support controls for incoming and outgoing goods; * Verify invoices and shipped volumes; * Assist in internal material handling; * Ensure products are stored appropriately and safely; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment; * Support inventory counts and stock audits when required; * Comply with internal procedures, safety regulations, and leadership instructions; * Collaborate with logistics, production, and warehouse departments to ensure efficient operational flow. Requirements Education * Completed high school education. Experience * Prior experience in shipping, logistics, warehousing, storekeeping, or production is desirable. Desirable Knowledge * Basic understanding of logistics and material handling; * Knowledge of goods verification; * Familiarity with warehouse organization; * Basic knowledge of ERP systems or inventory control is desirable.
