Job Summary: We are seeking an E-commerce Assistant to support sales operations on marketplaces, managing products, orders, and after-sales processes, as well as assisting the marketing team. Supporting and managing sales across multiple platforms We are looking for an E\-commerce Assistant to support our sales operations on platforms such as Mercado Livre, Amazon, Magalu, Shopee, and others. Reside near Zona Leste/SP **Responsibilities**: List and update products on marketplace platforms; monitor orders, shipping deadlines, and delivery statuses; provide customer support for after-sales matters; assist in managing advertisement reputation and performance; generate shipping labels and invoices; organize order flow in the ERP system; support the marketing team with sales channel data. **Requirements**: Proven experience managing marketplaces; proficiency with the internet, sales platforms, and digital customer service; organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written communication. **Preferred Qualifications**: Basic knowledge of e\-commerce, ERP Bling, fundamentals of customer service and logistics. **Benefits**: Competitive fixed salary, transportation allowance, opportunity for growth in e-commerce and digital marketing, dynamic work environment with continuous learning. **Salary will be discussed during the interview.** **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
