If you are organized, eager to learn, enjoy working in a team, and are interested in supporting training, development, and employee engagement initiatives, this could be your opportunity to begin your professional journey. **Apply now and join our Team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You Will Do:** * Support the organization of trainings and development activities, assisting with materials, attendance lists, and logistics. * Help update spreadsheets and controls for the Training & Development area. * Support the preparation of onboarding materials for new employees. * Assist in preparing and sending internal communications related to People initiatives. * Support scheduling interviews and initial contact with candidates during recruitment processes. * Contribute to organizing climate and engagement initiatives led by the HR department. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** * Currently enrolled in or recently started an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. * Interest in developing expertise in Human Resources, particularly in Training & Development (T&D) and internal communication. * Intermediate Excel knowledge to support spreadsheet management, attendance lists, and departmental metrics. * Familiarity with PowerPoint or Canva to assist in creating training and communication materials. * Familiarity with corporate communication and collaboration tools. **Additional Information** **Benefits Beyond the Basics:** Meal Allowance.
