São Paulo \- SP Presential R$ 3\.000,00 to R$ 3\.500,00 (Gross Monthly) 1 Position Effective \- CLT Analyst Full time **Senior Visual Merchandising Analyst** About the opportunity We are seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Analyst to work within a structured operation focused on VM execution, store environment setup, campaign implementation, and support for special projects. We seek a creative, organized, hands-on professional with a refined eye for aesthetics, brand experience, and field execution. Key responsibilities Wholesale Stores * Conduct periodic store visits to execute and maintain visual merchandising * Implement brand campaigns, product launches, and VM directives * Support window display setup, store ambiance creation, and product presentation * Ensure correct application of guidelines and visual standardization * Identify improvement opportunities and suggest display solutions * Perform photographic documentation of executions (before and after) * Support sell-out activations and special projects at point-of-sale (POS) * Train store teams on display and organization best practices * Respond to urgent visual merchandising requests * Support launch campaigns, store openings, events, and commercial activations * Adjust layouts and update visual communications * Collaborate with suppliers and Trade Marketing team on material execution Showroom * Organize and keep showrooms updated * Support collection setups and ambiance creation for conventions and commercial presentations * Support sales periods and internal events * Manage materials, VM inventory, and supporting items Requirements * Currently pursuing or holding a university degree in Fashion, Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields * Prior experience in visual merchandising * Knowledge of product presentation and store ambiance creation * Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Availability for travel and field work Preferred qualifications * Experience in sports, fashion, or lifestyle segments * Retail experience and large-scale VM operations * Experience in ambiance projects and seasonal campaigns Additional information Work model: In-person / Field-based Travel availability required ### **Requirements** ##### **Studies** University education ##### **Skills** Operations Microsoft Office Visual merchandising Decision-making Analytical ability ##### **Other** Availability to travel ### **Valued** ##### **Professional experience** Between 3 and 5 years ### **Benefits** Life insurance Total Pass Dental care Medical assistance Meal voucher Food voucher Transportation voucher ### **About Diferente.ag** Nice to meet you — we are Diferente Agency We offer solutions for trade marketing, live marketing, events, corporate training, and more!
