Company website: https://www.sanofi.com.br/pt **About the position:** Location: Suzano, SP Position: Junior Project Analyst Compensation: R$5\.250,00 Benefits: Meal allowance R$1\.500,00 Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Contract duration: May to December, with possibility of extension up to 12 months Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) ON-SITE POSITION NOTE: Please note that your meal allowance is intended to support your professional development at work—whether for transportation, meals within the company, etc. This amount is deposited directly into your bank account monthly, with no deductions. * **Responsibilities:** Assist in organizing and controlling investment project budgets. * Establish and maintain contact with suppliers for quotations, negotiations, and delivery tracking. * Support the creation of new projects in the corporate system and related documentation. Participate in project governance activities, including schedule and milestone monitoring. * Prepare executive presentations and communication materials for stakeholders. Develop and maintain technical and administrative project documentation. * Monitor performance indicators and prepare project status reports. Coordinate follow-up meetings and facilitate communication among multidisciplinary teams. * Support technical and economic feasibility analysis of new investments. Assist in controlling project delivery timelines, costs, and quality. * Keep the project pipeline and investment opportunities updated. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and corporate policies. * And other duties related to the role.
