




Job Summary: This Apprentice Youth program focuses on baggage handling and the development of behavioral and operational skills, requiring strong communication, organization, and proactivity. Teamwork and responsibility Description: * Age between 18 and 22 years; * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and willingness to learn. Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, and walking throughout the operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, aircraft loading and unloading of luggage and cargo, flight-related signaling, and floor inspection and sweeping to collect dropped items; auditory perception for identifying audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac.
