Seeking value through technical solutions aligned with the corporate strategies of Motiva’s Trilhos Division business units, thereby ensuring operational excellence in partnership with business units via projects—adhering to Motiva’s governance rules, prioritizing civil safety and performance, resource optimization, and continuous promotion of innovation practices, continuous improvement, and environmental stewardship. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Management of civil metro-rail projects for new implementations under Motiva Trilhos’ responsibility, ensuring full compliance with business unit and holding company requirements, including project execution in accordance with budgetary planning, based on adoption of market-leading practices and techniques, respecting the physical\-financial balance of projects and contractual deadlines; * Continuous search for technical solutions and civil innovations aimed at optimizing resources and processes across business units; * Continuous pursuit of recognition for excellence in civil metro-rail project engineering. * Ensuring full compliance with Budgetary Planning and balanced physical\-financial progress timelines of projects; * Ensuring the best engineering technical solutions in the development of civil works projects, aiming for best practices, adherence to deadlines, and appropriate cost management. * Contract management, preparation and control of project delivery schedules; * Monitoring of designer contracts; * Preparation of estimated budgets, seeking optimal project solutions; * Participation in the Budgetary Planning of business unit investments. * Conducting technical evaluations of civil projects; * Ensuring application of guidelines for preparation and review of technical documents to comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Approval of designer measurement reports; * Management of consulting\/designer contracts; * Preparation of Technical Specifications. **Requirements and Qualifications** What we expect from you? Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering; Specialization in Engineering, Metro-Rail Systems, Reinforced Concrete Structures, Transportation, or related fields. CREA registration; Intermediate English proficiency; Solid experience in civil construction companies operating in the metro-rail sector (design firms, contractors, consultants, or concessionaires), particularly in reinforced concrete structures and\/or geotechnical disciplines related to metro-rail projects; Capability to conduct technical evaluations of projects (at all development stages) and rigorous assessment of calculation memoranda for reinforced concrete structural design and\/or excavated works (shafts, tunnels, underground stations).
