Performs cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation activities in common areas, reports needs, and communicates malfunctions, following established protocols.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Performs cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation activities in common areas such as floors, walls, handrails, stairs, countertops, windows, and bathrooms, using appropriate materials;
* Notifies the need to restock supplies required for the General Services team’s work;
* Reports deteriorations, such as toilets, flush mechanisms, sinks, trash bins, or any other malfunction;
* Completes the checklist (record) of sanitized areas according to the unit’s protocol.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed Elementary Education.
* **Desired Competencies:** Teamwork and Results Orientation.
**Additional Information**
* **Work Schedule:** 11:40 AM to 8:00 PM — 44 hours per week
