Ensuring software quality by following established processes and best practices. **[Tech] Senior Backend Software Engineering - ADVPL (Remote)** =================================================================== TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Remote Job Description We are seeking a Software Development Analyst III to develop and maintain features that add value to our product, ensuring high-quality deliveries and directly contributing to customer satisfaction. This professional will operate more autonomously in building technical solutions, participating in architecture definition, requirement elaboration, and supporting the development team through knowledge sharing and technical guidance. Responsibilities and Duties * Develop medium- and high-complexity technical solutions with minimal supervision; * Implement software requirements using project-defined technologies; * Participate in system architecture activities, analyzing components, organization, and functionalities; * Create complex tests (manual and/or automated) to ensure adequate coverage of developed features; * Document development stages, recording implementations in version control and documentation tools; * Collaborate with the development team in defining business solutions, architecture, and technical design; * Guide junior developers by addressing questions and disseminating technical knowledge; * Elaborate medium- and high-complexity requirements through interaction with customers and other project stakeholders; * Ensure software quality by adhering to defined processes, tools, and best practices; * Use frameworks and standards defined by the team for solution development. Requirements and Qualifications * Strong programming logic skills; * Advanced database knowledge; * Experience with the programming language used by the team: ADVPL; * Advanced knowledge of unit testing; * Intermediate knowledge of software architecture (e.g., client-server, web, etc.); * Knowledge of software development and maintenance practices; * Ability to analyze technical problems and propose medium- and high-complexity solutions; * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields. Desirable Requirements * Experience with agile software development methodologies; * Intermediate knowledge of Fiscal and TSS business rules; * Experience in technical mentoring or coaching developers; * Experience in collaborative development environments (code versioning, code reviews, continuous integration, etc.); * Experience with frameworks and standards used by the team.
