Support throughout all construction phases **General Construction Helper – Vibes Engenharia** **Location:** São Paulo / SP and metropolitan region **Employment Type:** CLT – Full-time **Job Description:** **Vibes Engenharia**, a specialist in waterproofing, shoring, and technical cladding projects, is seeking committed, punctual, and growth-oriented **General Construction Helpers** to grow alongside the company! **Responsibilities:** * Support all construction phases, following instructions from supervisors and team leaders. * Load, unload, and organize materials and tools. * Prepare surfaces and assist in applying products (mortars, membranes, resins, etc.). * Perform daily cleaning and organization of the construction site. * Assemble and disassemble simple work equipment (scaffolds, concrete mixers, hoses). * Assist with waterproofing, concreting, painting, and demolition tasks as needed. * Ensure proper use of PPE and contribute to workplace safety. **Requirements:** ✅ Prior experience in civil construction is desirable. ✅ Availability to work on various construction sites (São Paulo and surrounding areas). ✅ Commitment, responsibility, and willingness to learn. ✅ Ability to work effectively in a team. **We Offer:** Competitive salary \+ benefits Real opportunity for learning and professional growth Respectful and collaborative work environment **Join the Vibes Engenharia team!** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.189,96 \- R$2\.189,97 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
