With a **solid organizational culture**, we always put **people first**, prioritizing the **well-being and professional development of our team**, our most valuable asset. **Come join TBK!** As a Data Privacy Analyst, you will contribute to ensuring organizational compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations—especially LGPD and ISO 27701—by supporting the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of controls, processes, and initiatives that promote privacy and protect personal data processed by the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the maintenance and evolution of the Privacy and Data Protection Program, ensuring adherence to LGPD, ISO 27701, and other applicable standards; * Review and keep updated privacy and data protection policies, procedures, records, inventories, and related documentation; * Support updating the Record of Personal Data Processing Activities and conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA/LIA); * Handle data subject rights requests and manage privacy-related incidents; * Analyze contracts, suppliers, and partners from a data protection perspective, identifying risks and recommending adjustments; * Support supplier due diligence and client assessments by providing information and evidence regarding the company’s data protection maturity; * Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Technology, Internal Controls, and business units to implement privacy requirements; * Support training and awareness activities, contributing to the dissemination of a privacy culture across the organization; * Monitor program controls, action plans, metrics, and evidence, preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders; * Support internal audits and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in privacy processes and controls. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree **Field of Study:** Administration, Law, Production Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science **Experience:** Preferred: 3 years of experience in this field. **Specific Knowledge, Certifications, and/or Training:** * Proficiency in MS Office suite (advanced PowerPoint); * Prior experience in privacy and data protection programs and **audits**. * Mandatory certification: ISO/IEC 27701 Lead Implementer or ISO/IEC 27701 Lead Auditor **Languages:** Intermediate or advanced English and/or Spanish preferred **Additional Information** Differentiating Benefits VR/VA of BRL 2\.080,00 Caju Card with BRL 260.00 balance (for Home Office and Commuting) SulAmérica Medical and Dental Plan (extendable to dependents at no fixed monthly cost, only co-payment) Dental Assistance (Free also for dependents) Life Insurance Childcare Allowance for children up to 71 months old Extended Parental Leave Wellhub (Gympass) for your health and well-being Birthday Day Off Discounts and partnerships with educational institutions Profit and Results Sharing (PLR) **Hybrid model: On-site work up to 2 days per week in Vila Olímpia – São Paulo.** **Here, you’ll find a collaborative environment, competitive benefits, and room for professional growth.** #### **We are a technology company that unites innovation, security, and trust to transform the vehicle financing market.** Every day, millions of people finance cars without realizing that behind each contract lies a robust infrastructure connecting data, institutions, and people to make this process simpler, faster, and safer. **That’s where Tecnobank comes in:** we develop solutions that enable these operations efficiently, reliably, and intelligently.
