**Position: Junior Apprentice\- Procurement Department** **Location:** Hybrid model – Barra Funda, São Paulo/SP **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM ### **ABOUT THE COMPANY** **Saint-Gobain, a global leader** in lightweight and sustainable construction. This position is ideal for individuals beginning their professional careers, offering development opportunities in procurement processes, interaction with suppliers, and experience within a dynamic and collaborative environment. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Assist in issuing** purchase orders in the system * **Support formalization** of procurements with suppliers * Assist in **organizing and controlling** documents and contracts * **Monitor procurement processes** and departmental requests * **Organize and update** information and data in spreadsheets and systems * **Provide support** for administrative routines of the department ### **REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** * Currently enrolled in or completed high school * Preference for candidates interested in pursuing undergraduate studies in Business Administration, Exact Sciences, or related fields **Profile:** * Proactivity and initiative * Interest in administrative tasks and working with numbers * Strong communication skills * Organizational ability and attention to detail * Willingness to learn and grow professionally * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Adaptability to dynamic environments ### **WORK MODEL** * **Hybrid:** 3 days on-site and 2 days remote\- 1 day dedicated to theoretical training * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday\- 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM ### **BENEFITS** * Meal Allowance; Food Voucher; Psychological Support; TotalPass and Wellhub; Transportation Voucher or Parking; Life Insurance.
