Dynamic profile with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Administer operational environments; monitor and evaluate network performance; * Perform maintenance on applications, deployed systems, and services provided; * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues; * Conduct hardware and IT equipment maintenance and cleaning; * Commitment to meeting SLA targets for support response times; * Manage IT inventory (hardware and software); * Database knowledge is desirable. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in one of the following fields or related technology areas: * Information Systems; * Computer Science; * Computer Engineering.
