




Job Summary: Educational Counselor to provide individual and group counseling, conflict mediation, student follow-up, and development of educational projects. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience as an Educational Counselor in a private school. 2. Experience providing support and follow-up for inclusive students. 3. Conflict mediation skills and assertive communication. Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with students. Support parents and guardians by providing guidance, feedback, and referrals. Monitor academic performance and propose intervention strategies. Mediate conflicts among students, families, and the school staff. Prepare and document technical and legally compliant records, minutes, reports, and incident reports. Follow up on behavioral, learning, and socioemotional issues. Support and monitor inclusive students, ensuring alignment with the pedagogical team and support professionals. Collaborate with school coordinators, teachers, and other departments. Participate in pedagogical meetings, class councils, and school events. Availability to work on Saturdays when required (meetings, events, and institutional needs). Proven experience as an Educational Counselor in a private school. Experience supporting parents, students, and providing pedagogical follow-up. Experience providing support and follow-up for inclusive students. Develop adapted assessments. Proficiency in pedagogical documentation, formal recordkeeping, and institutional communication. Excellent conflict mediation, active listening, and assertive communication skills. Organization, confidentiality, ethical conduct, and decision-making ability. Design and implement educational projects (e.g., values, citizenship, coexistence, inclusion). Follow up on cases involving special needs or social issues.
