Maintaining customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals **Sales Assistant \| Guarulhos \- SP** Transportation company * Conduct active prospecting of new customers via phone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, and other platforms; * Identify companies with potential to contract the company's services; * Schedule commercial meetings to present services; * Support preparation and delivery of commercial proposals; * Assist in developing strategies for customer portfolio expansion; * Maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals; * Monitor sales performance targets and KPIs; **Requirements** * High school diploma is mandatory; * Bachelor's degree in progress in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields is desirable; * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or customer service; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong communication skills via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; * Basic knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques; * Driver's license (Category B) and personal vehicle are desirable; We seek professionals with strong verbal and written communication skills, a proactive and resilient mindset, results orientation, discipline for commercial routines, and ability to work with targets and KPIs. **Fixed Salary \+ Performance-Based Commission \+ Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Life Insurance, and Profit Sharing.** **Commission Structure:** * Per captured lead (scheduled meeting); * On ad-hoc orders; * On first monthly contract closure with retained customers.
