An environment that promotes health, well-being, and inclusion Instituto Aqua Position open to all genders Job Description The General Services Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of the Instituto Aqua facilities, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and appropriate environment for students, families, and staff, in accordance with required quality, hygiene, and safety standards—particularly in aquatic environments. Main Responsibilities Cleaning and organizing internal and external areas of the facility Sanitizing locker rooms, restrooms, classrooms, hallways, and common areas Assisting with pool area cleaning (edges, wet surfaces, and surrounding areas) Restocking hygiene and cleaning supplies Proper collection and disposal of waste Assisting with general facility organization before and after services Complying with internal cleaning, safety, and sanitary surveillance protocols Requirements Completed elementary education (preferred) Prior experience in this role is an advantage Commitment, punctuality, and responsibility Attention to hygiene, organization, and safety Good teamwork and respect toward service recipients Desired Profile Proactivity Organization and care for the environment Discretion and professional demeanor Ability to follow instructions and routines Work Schedule To be determined (morning / afternoon or rotating shift according to facility needs) Compensation and Benefits Market-competitive salary Benefits according to employment regime About Instituto Aqua Instituto Aqua is a reference in aquatic activities, swimming, and therapeutic programs, promoting health, well-being, and inclusion in a safe, humanized, and professional environment.
