We are looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team. Your mission will be to ensure efficient implementation of our products with customers, delivering training and guaranteeing an optimal user experience. This is a general implementation role—the consultant may work across various Fin\-X products depending on project demands (scheduling, physician reimbursement, financial modules, and others). This is not a position tied to a single product. Alignment will occur during the selection process to ensure mutual clarity of expectations. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What you’ll do daily:** * Deliver training for secretaries, physicians, and back-office teams (in-person and remotely) * Prepare and configure the customer’s environment for implementation * Support Go-Live and ensure post-implementation stabilization * Proactively communicate implementation stages and deadlines to customers and internal teams * Update and manage tasks in Jira, ensuring full project traceability * Create users and perform technical pre-implementation activities * Provide initial customer support (via WhatsApp) before escalating to Customer Success * Follow up on billing and test validation * Serve as the primary point of contact across multiple customer levels: executives, managers, and operations staff **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we’re looking for:** * **Bachelor’s degree** in progress or completed in Health Management, Business Administration, Hospital Management, or related fields * **Experience in the hospital sector or in software implementation consulting**—both profiles are welcome * **Hands-on experience with scheduling, authorization, and guide issuance processes** (health insurance provider or hospital) * **Willingness to travel** up to two weeks per month * **Location preference**: São Paulo; Rio de Janeiro and Minas Gerais are also acceptable **Nice-to-Haves (Desirable)** * Participation in system implementation projects * Familiarity with hospital information systems: MV, Tasy, or similar * Experience with project management methodologies **Additional Information** **What we offer** * **Performance review**: growth aligned with your personal development * **Onboarding Kit** * **Fin\-X Day**: biannual meeting for Culture & Strategy alignment * **Access to Fiibo**: exclusive benefits to simplify your daily life * **Welhub**: a well-being platform supporting your physical and mental health * **Break time (Recess)** At Fin\-X, our purpose is to connect all stakeholders in the healthcare sector by leveraging creative solutions that reduce costs, increase transparency and credibility, make healthcare accessible to everyone, and positively impact people’s lives in a human-centered way.
