Focus on delivering an excellent consumer experience We are looking for a **Wine Taster** to promote and publicize products at the point of sale, delivering a differentiated experience to customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct guided wine tastings for customers in stores and at events; * Present product characteristics such as origin, aromas, food pairings, and distinguishing features; * Approach customers consultatively, encouraging product trials and driving sales; * Organize the tasting area, ensuring proper presentation of products and supporting materials; * Manage sample inventory and report action results. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and professional demeanor; * Experience in customer service, sales, or promotional activities is a plus; * Interest in or basic knowledge of wines and food pairings. **Behavioral Profile:** We seek a communicative, proactive professional with ease of approach and a focus on delivering an excellent consumer experience.
