Maintain the production area, utensils, and equipment clean and organized. Monitor storage and product shelf life, preventing losses and waste. Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations, preventing contamination. Support production verification, ensuring quantities and standards are met. Provide support to the pastry team, contributing to production efficiency and quality. Assist in organizing inventory of supplies and finished products, maintaining a functional and safe environment. Previous experience as Machine Operator, Assembly Operator, Process Operator, or Production Line Operator may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
