Your challenge will be to work closely with the business to standardize metrics across critical areas, resolve ambiguities and inconsistencies, and establish our single sources of truth. Ready to join us on this mission? **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Strategic Partnership with the Business:** Work side by side with critical business areas within cross-functional teams to understand their pain points, map processes, and translate complex needs into efficient analytical solutions. * **Data Governance and Single Source of Truth:** Lead the unification and standardization of conflicting business rules currently scattered across spreadsheets, CRMs, and isolated dashboards—ensuring data reliability across Caveo. * **Development of Analytical Solutions:** Build strategic dashboards, executive reports, and high-impact data models. * **Data Literacy:** Design and deliver mentoring sessions to upskill key business stakeholders, cultivating data ambassadors and enabling secure, autonomous consumption of information (self-service analytics). * **Support for the Data Mesh Model:** Serve as the primary analytical bridge during the transition to a domain-oriented model, helping business areas become co-responsible for their own metrics and data quality. * **Synergy with Engineering and Product:** Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to define data models and new data ingestion pipelines, and partner with the Product team on strategic initiatives. * **Technical Leadership in Analytics:** Elevate the team’s quality standards by introducing best practices in data visualization, documentation, and exploratory analysis—and guide junior analysts in their work. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Strong Analytical Background:** Proven experience as a Senior or Specialist Data Analyst, Business Intelligence professional, or in related fields. * **SQL and Data Modeling Proficiency:** Advanced SQL skills for complex queries, large-volume data manipulation, and performance optimization, plus solid expertise in dimensional data modeling. * **Data Visualization Expertise:** Exceptional ability to build intuitive dashboards and high-impact executive reports.
