Job Summary: The professional will prepare and serve beverages, greet customers cordially, maintain an organized bar, and collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional experience. Master mixology techniques and contribute to menu improvements * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and original cocktails, ensuring quality standards and presentation. * Receive and serve customers at the bar cordially, offer drink recommendations, clarify questions, and provide an exceptional experience. * Keep the bar clean, organized, and properly stocked (beverages, ice, fruits, and utensils), adhering to hygiene and food safety standards. * Accurately and efficiently record orders, process payments, and monitor consumption. * Control ingredient usage, monitor inventory levels, request restocking, and minimize waste. * Master mixology techniques and contribute suggestions for drink pairings and continuous menu improvement. * Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient, integrated service and a welcoming environment.
