




Job Summary: We are seeking a Solution Architect (Functional-Technical) to lead solution definition in implementation projects, ensuring a clear, feasible, and product-aligned scope. We seek a **Solution Architect (Functional\-Technical)** to lead solution definition in implementation projects, ensuring the scope is clear, feasible, and aligned with the product prior to execution commencement. This person will be responsible for ensuring the project begins with a **clear, implementable, and sustainable scope**, avoiding rework, unnecessary complexity, and future risks. Be accountable for translating the customer's business into a **functionally and technically viable solution**, ensuring product alignment, correct system integration, and sound structural decisions. Act as the **solution guardian**, balancing: * customer needs * product capabilities * technical feasibility ### **Responsibilities** ### **Solution Definition (Primary)** * Conduct workshops with the customer to understand processes and requirements * Perform fit\-gap analysis between business and product * Define business workflows and operational rules * Decide among configuration, customization, or gap handling * Structure the project’s complete scope ### **Integration and Technical Vision** * Map integrations between systems (ERP, CRM, APIs) * Define data flows and integration rules * Validate the technical feasibility of the solution * Support architecture-related integration decisions ### **Handoff and Execution** * Ensure the scope is complete and validated before execution begins * Conduct a structured handoff to the Delivery Manager * Support the team during implementation on functional and technical queries * Participate in critical project decisions ### **Requirements** * 6\+ years of experience implementing systems (ERP, CRM, SFA, or similar) * Experience gathering requirements and facilitating workshops * Strong understanding of business processes * Experience working with multiple stakeholders (business, IT, product) * Excellent communication skills ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce * Background in implementation consulting * Functional knowledge of integrations (APIs, ERPs) ### **Product Alignment and Continuous Improvement** * Identify product gaps * Suggest improvements based on project learnings * Contribute to implementation standards ### **Ideal Profile** * 6\+ years of experience implementing systems (ERP, CRM, SFA, or similar) * Experience gathering requirements and facilitating workshops * Strong understanding of business processes * Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions * Experience working with multiple stakeholders (business, IT, product) ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce * Hands-on experience with system integrations * Experience in implementation consulting * Knowledge of APIs and data flows ### **Hard Skills** * Business process modeling * Fit\-gap analysis * Basic integration concepts (APIs, ERPs, data) * Reading technical documentation * Structuring solutions with clear trade\-offs ### **Soft Skills** * Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences * Decision-making ability * Consultative and solution-oriented mindset
