Apply now!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop deep business and solution understanding within Dynamics/CRM—including entities, business rules, relationships, access profiles, workflows, and impacts of customizations—as well as internally developed solutions. * Plan, design, and execute manual tests (functional, regression, and exploratory), applying critical thinking and prioritizing high-risk scenarios. * Create and maintain test cases, ensuring traceability and adequate coverage of functional and technical requirements. * Own quality across the squad: propose process improvements, monitor metrics (bugs, rework, regression), and adapt the testing strategy per sprint. * Build test automation (not merely execute): define what to automate, structure and develop scripts and routines, maintain a stable and useful regression suite, and continuously enhance automation (UI, API, and other applicable layers). * Validate integrations and data: test APIs, automated workflows, and ensure data consistency across Dynamics, internal solutions, and integrated external systems. * Collaborate effectively within agile squads, communicating clearly and translating customer needs (internal or external) into validation scenarios. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: * Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in IT or related fields is desirable. Mandatory: * Solid experience with manual testing and creation of test scripts/cases; * Proven experience in test automation, including development, maintenance, and evolution of automated suites; * Hands-on experience validating APIs, integrations, and data consistency analysis; * Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and experience in agile environments. Desirable: * Prior experience with Dynamics/CRM (entities, permissions, workflows, and customization impact); * Experience testing internal or proprietary systems, in addition to commercial platforms; * Experience designing automation strategies (layered coverage, stability, and regression focus). **Additional Information** **Hybrid Work Model:** 2 days per week in the office.
