The Pricing Systems Governance team will operate as a center of excellence for monitoring, validation, and oversight of pricing for the main products within the Insurance vertical (Auto, RE, and Life). Our focus will be on analyzing production cases (calculations and issuances), providing support to pricing implementation teams both pre- and post-implementation, aiming to mitigate inconsistencies. Additionally, we will be responsible for organizing access to pricing implementation tools, defining guidelines, and overseeing best practices.ramentas de implementação de preços, definindo diretrizes e acompanhando as melhores práticas. **Responsibilities and Duties** Scope of work includes the following responsibilities and duties: * Data Integrity and Performance: Validate data integrity and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to identify risks in pricing implementations. * Cross-Department Coordination: Serve as a strategic advisor between Product, Pricing, IT, and Operations departments, ensuring execution of strategies aligns with governance standards. * Visibility and Reporting: Produce dashboards on calculations and issuances, and prepare and present compliance reports to leadership, translating technical data into strategic opportunities. * Governance Culture: Disseminate best practices to ensure organizational understanding of how Pricing Systems Governance impacts final outcomes of each implementation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related fields. * Proficiency in SQL database language. * Knowledge of APIs and cloud platforms (GCP).
