As the DCM and Treasury Coordinator at Pagaleve, you will be responsible for leading liquidity management, funding, and investor relations initiatives, focusing on optimizing capital structure and supporting the company's sustainable growth. You will strategically manage the company’s FIDC, cash planning and management, and interactions with investors and financial institutions, serving as a bridge between business units, accounting, and controllership. Responsibilities and Duties: * Coordinate treasury activities, including cash management, payment processing, reconciliations, and liquidity projections. * Develop and update cash and working capital planning, monitoring inflows, outflows, and funding requirements. * Lead planning and execution of debt fundraising, particularly via FIDC and other credit structures. * Support development of new funding instruments and optimization of capital structure. * Coordinate relationships with banks, administrators, trustees, investors, and consulting firms. * Prepare and monitor FIDC and other debt instrument performance reports. * Support creation of investor materials and presentations, promoting transparency and engagement. * Monitor key metrics including cost of capital, profitability, leverage, and liquidity. * Ensure regulatory compliance of operations with CVM, Central Bank, and other relevant authorities. * Collaborate with Accounting, Legal, Controllership, and FP\&A teams to ensure alignment among results, forecasts, and financial operations. * Support the company’s funding strategy and investor relations initiatives, with a long-term vision focused on financial sustainability. 2512010202191838718
