Here, technology and strategy go hand in hand to transform the future of financial services. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support the maintenance of existing financial back-office systems, responding to service requests and driving continuous improvements. * Conduct market research and provide insights to improve processes. * Proactively manage monitoring processes, incident and problem management, supplier integrations, and performance improvements. * Participate in designing and evolving existing workflows, promoting automation, standardization, and integration across business areas. * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and data teams, ensuring deliverables align with institutional standards. * Lead technical and functional feasibility analyses for new requirements and projects, considering innovation, cost, and business impact. * Assist in developing training materials, support documentation, and communication plans for adopting new systems and features. * Actively participate in digital transformation initiatives, proposing the use of emerging tools (AI, virtual assistants, automation). **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Solid expertise in ExChange vendor’s foreign exchange market systems * Experience with Agile methodology; ITIL and GMUD governance processes * Proficiency in SQL for database queries and Stored Procedure maintenance * Perform analysis and maintenance, and interface with general vendors (Change, Sinqia, etc.) * Design and validate integrations with systems and APIs (Postman, SoapUI, Swagger) and internal legacy bank documentation * Support solution conception, scope validation, and system/project testing * Investigate and propose solutions for performance bottlenecks in ExChange systems environments * Knowledge and hands-on experience with SWIFT messaging * Monitoring of critical routines (e.g., Central Bank communication robot and general integration robots) * Ensure compliance with IT governance principles, information security, and industry best practices. * Minimum 7 years of experience * Strong experience in technology roles, with significant involvement in supporting or delivering financial systems projects in banks. * AI knowledge is desirable * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable **Work Schedule**: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) **Work Location**: BS2 Bank Office — Vila Olímpia, SP **Our Benefits:** ️ Meal allowance of BRL 1,109.90 per month; Food allowance of BRL 882.45 per month; 13th-month food allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); * ️ Health insurance; Dental insurance; Private pension plan; Childcare allowance of BRL 678.08 per child up to age 6; Maternar Program: Professional support throughout pregnancy and postpartum; Lactation room for returning mothers; Wellhub (formerly Gympass); Wellz: online platform for health and emotional well-being; Partnerships with educational institutions offering study discounts; ️ Birthday day off; Potencializa: Our internal e-learning platform; Employee loan program; * 40-hour workweek; Transportation allowance with only 4% payroll deduction.
