We carefully maintain our five facilities in the city of São Paulo, ensuring families find a safe, well-preserved, and respectful environment. We are seeking committed professionals to support our maintenance and construction team in preserving our facilities. **Your responsibilities here:** * Assist masons in preparing mortars, plasters, and concrete; * Transport construction materials (bricks, cement bags, sand) within the facility; * Support land preparation and leveling for construction projects and grave repairs; * Clean and organize the construction site and work tools; * Assist with minor masonry, flooring, and sidewalk repairs; * Ensure proper disposal of construction debris in compliance with facility regulations; * Uphold individual (use of PPE) and collective safety during all activities. **What we’re looking for:** * Primary education completed; * Prior experience as a Mason’s Assistant or in the civil construction field; * Physical stamina for tasks requiring effort and outdoor work; * Proactive, punctual profile with ability to work effectively in a team; * Respect and Ethics: Essential to act discreetly in a cemetery environment. **CLT Remuneration:** R$1809,00 \+ Bonus **Benefits** * Meal voucher via iFood Benefícios card (R$34,00 per day) * Transportation voucher or mobility allowance * Funeral plan * Attendance bonus * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * AVUS platform – discounts on medications and medical exams * EstarBem – psychological and nutritional support * Benefits club * Birthday Day Off * Partnerships with SESC and SENAC **Work schedule:** 5x2 (business hours).
