Responsibilities: Responsible for administering and controlling CAPEX resources for LIVE! store rollouts; Collaborate with the maintenance team, providing technical guidance and supervising (OPEX) strategies and costs for maintenance and retrofits of LIVE! owned stores; Design and validate layouts respecting both technical guidelines and brand culture, ensuring each store authentically reflects our identity; Develop alternatives for suppliers, finishes, and solutions meeting specific spatial needs while remaining aligned with architectural and visual merchandising guidelines; Lead and integrate construction, carpentry, commercial, and visual merchandising teams, ensuring harmonious collaboration to meet rollout deadlines and budgets; Act as a facilitator, guiding the team to adhere to established standards, contributing to space quality and coherence; Monitor rollout progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. \- Create and maintain technical documentation and progress reports; Ensure all records are up-to-date and accessible; Support the Maintenance and Facilities team in budget and scope analyses for LIVE! store maintenance and retrofits; Provide technical support and assistance to the Maintenance and Facilities team during LIVE! store retrofits and maintenance; Support franchisees and licensees, acting as a liaison between the client and the project team; Evaluate implementation effectiveness and suggest continuous improvements; Develop architectural manuals and detailed specifications to facilitate execution understanding; Prospect and develop new construction, furniture, and visual communication material suppliers; Conduct on-site checklist inspections of completed stores (technical visits).
