




We are seeking a professional to work in the commercial area, focusing on **technical sales of mechanical seals**. Responsibilities include: * Monitoring the domestic market to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing competitiveness and business growth; * Setting targets for customer visits, revenue generation, delivery timelines, and expansion of the customer base; * Conducting regular visits to active, inactive, and prospective customers to map new technical requirements and sales opportunities; * Planning and executing commercial trips to strengthen relationships with the customer portfolio; * Tracking the issuance and approval of technical proposals, as well as their execution with production; * Providing technical support to customers during pre- and post-sales stages, jointly developing solutions with internal departments; * Managing expense reports and overseeing processes through to post-sales, ensuring customer satisfaction; * Leading and developing the commercial team to promote performance and engagement. **Desired Qualifications:** * Experience in the mechanical seals industry or related industrial equipment sectors; * Technical knowledge in mechanical engineering or related fields; * Consultative profile focused on solutions and long-term relationships.
