Driven by a commitment to creating immersive experiences and responsible excitement, ARRISE’s global team consistently delivers excellence in service, dedicated to building games that players love, time and again. **Responsibilities:*** Perform basic tasks, including painting and caulking, facility cleaning, and managing maintenance repairs; * Carry out repairs on company machinery, equipment, or appliances; * Identify and report the need for major maintenance repairs; * Regularly inspect common areas to identify issues related to trash, mechanical failures, or damages; * Respond professionally and within agreed timelines to employer maintenance requests; * Repair plumbing, electrical, and security systems; * Conduct performance assessments of company appliances such as refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, and other office equipment; * Maintain tools, kits, and other materials as required. **Requirements:*** Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role; * Ability to work with hand tools and electrical equipment; * Highly organized, with strong communication skills; * Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
