Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location:** São Paulo/SP **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor and control activities related to projects, planning, costs, and documentation, managing schedules and ensuring tasks are assigned to appropriate resources, completed on time, and within budget; Monitor, analyze, and validate work performed by designers to ensure proper project application; draft Terms of Reference as needed, maintaining proper documentation; Technically assess and validate supplier proposals for studies, projects, and construction works, ensuring their feasibility; Provide construction cost estimates and project quantity take-offs to support management decision-making prior to project commencement; Develop budgets and service compositions, and control construction costs to meet initial project targets; Support the construction team on project-related questions and supervise construction to ensure correct implementation; report to Capex and Operations Management through managerial reports on project outcomes under responsibility; Implement improvements in project management workflows, introducing innovative and optimal solutions for the company; Manage documentation, deliver Data Books and As-Built documentation (project documentation control) for operations, always keeping records updated according to requirements; Comply with internal standards related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, among others, pursuing continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields **Desirable:** Knowledge of **SAP EPM**, especially maintenance tools Familiarity with **automation systems**, such as **Elipse (Elipse SCADA)** At Iguá Saneamento, we value diversity in all contexts and strive to foster an ethical and inclusive culture.
