Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning equipment: Split, ACJ, Fan Coil, Chiller, and VRV. Conduct daily technical rounds, including inspection and cleaning of machine rooms and technical areas. Use the AUVO system to fully record all activities, ensuring traceability and maintenance control. Maintain organization of technical environments and ensure service quality.
