A mission assigned is a mission accomplished—so be prepared to: * Manage people and unit performance; * Organize the team’s schedule and shift roster; * Oversee unit opening and closing procedures; * Guide the team in achieving targets, directing both in-person and online sales; * Apply best negotiation practices and uphold company values to provide optimal payment terms and guidance to customers regarding payment methods, cancellations, and unit transfers; * Handle all customer interactions proactively to prevent contract cancellations; * Collaborate with the Technical Responsible Officer in cases of incidents and complaints; * Ensure all customers are properly registered in the system by the team; * Direct the team to manage leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, SMS, and also to prospect new customers for treatment package sales; * Promote the “Refer & Multiply” platform among customers; * Ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction through after-sales service; * Guarantee unit hygiene, cleaning, and maintenance; * Present strategies and action plans to continuously improve sales; * Handle cash and card payments and perform daily cash reconciliation; * Manage unit material orders, deliveries, and documentation; * Submit documents to headquarters; * Generate closure reports; * Process employee terminations; * Provide feedback and conduct follow-ups. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree completed; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Leadership experience; Experience in the aesthetic industry.
