




Ensure the organization, efficiency, and quality of the dental clinic's administrative operations by supervising internal processes, personnel, and resources, with a focus on excellence in patient service and the unit's financial performance. **Operational Administrative Management:** Supervise the daily operation of the clinic (opening, closing, cleaning, infrastructure, inventory). Manage contracts with suppliers, service providers, and maintenance services. Control the use of administrative and clinical materials, avoiding waste. Ensure all equipment is in perfect working condition. **Team Management:** Supervise receptionists (patient service, scheduling, financial tasks). Participate in the selection process for new employees. Organize training sessions, onboarding, and process recertifications. Provide periodic feedback and performance evaluations. Create and manage work schedules, vacations, and days off. **Financial Management:** Supervise daily cash flow, entries, and payment verification. Control income, expenses, overdue accounts, and professional payouts. Monitor financial targets and propose actions to increase revenue. Collaborate with external accounting (if applicable) for document and report submissions. **Patient Service and Relationship Management:** Ensure the patient experience is positive from beginning to end. Monitor and promptly resolve complaints or incidents with empathy. Assist the team with sales arguments and customer retention strategies. Conduct follow-ups on special cases (VIP patients, cancellations, dropouts). **Support to Leadership / Strategic Management:** Present weekly and monthly management reports with clinic performance indicators. Suggest improvements in processes, internal communication, and clinic organization. Monitor strategic goals (financial, scheduling, satisfaction). Act as a bridge between the team and the clinic's partners/directors. Internal Routines and Processes Create and maintain manuals, SOPs (standard operating procedures), and routines. Organize documents, contracts, physical and digital files. Manage internal tools such as management systems, WhatsApp Business, emails, online calendars, etc.
