All our positions are open to people with disabilities (PwD) **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement technological solutions to optimize commercial processes, ensuring strategic alignment with business needs; * Manage and prioritize demands and projects for the commercial area, overseeing multi-platform solution development and preparing strategic reports for decision-making; * Plan and lead the weekly GEMUD meeting, promoting cross-departmental alignment and ensuring efficient execution of initiatives; * Identify and evaluate new technologies that can enhance commercial performance and integration across various sales and management platforms; * Define, together with Key Users, priorities for commercial area demands, ensuring technology supports company growth and competitiveness; * Coordinate evolutionary activities and demands, ensuring high-quality deliveries within established deadlines, with focus on end-user experience; * Manage and optimize the performance of the multi-platform team, implementing best practices and ensuring solution quality; * Remove impediments and ensure delivery fluidity in complex environments, guaranteeing high system availability and scalability; * Manage small end-to-end projects (Planning, Execution, and Implementation), ensuring alignment with commercial and technological objectives; * Coordinate system evolution, monitoring updates and continuous improvements to maintain efficiency and technological innovation in commercial processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Technology-related fields; * Postgraduate degree preferred; * A facilitator for the team and committed to delivering results; * Experience in people and project management; * Knowledge of MS Project; * Experience with marketplaces, including system integration, sales management, and optimization of e-commerce and online sales platform processes; Data analysis skills and proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for strategic decision-making. * **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * PDS (Superior Performance Bonus); * Partnerships and Agreements (SESC, universities, restaurants, leisure, culture, etc.); * Development/Educational Platform and Development Programs; * Pregnancy Program; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance or Parking; * Meal Voucher or Food Allowance; **Working Hours**: 08:00 to 18:00 **Work Model**: Hybrid (4 days per week onsite) **Location**: Vila Olímpia We are **GrupoSC**: the extension of the industry, offering customer solutions focused on patients and consumers, comprising major brands such as SantaCruz, Panpharma, and Oncoprod.
