Follow established service and hygiene standards CUMIM (WAITER ASSISTANT) **Department:** Food & Beverage **Reports to:** Waiter / Maître / Restaurant Manager **Work Location:** Dining room, bar, and events JOB OBJECTIVE Support dining room service to ensure **efficiency, organization, and service quality**, contributing to the customer experience and operational smoothness. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist waiters in customer service * Set up and organize tables (mise en place) * Serve water, bread, appetizers (couvert), and provide initial customer assistance * Transport dishes and beverages from kitchen/bar to dining area * Collect used tableware, cutlery, and utensils * Keep the dining area clean, organized, and well-stocked * Assist in replenishing supplies (napkins, cutlery, etc.) * Support post-service cleaning and organization * Follow established service and hygiene standards Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$2.785,77 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Workplace: On-site
