Use of scripts for automation of administrative tasks **Windows Server Administration II** **Work Location:** Itaim Bibi, São Paulo - SP, 04542-060 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday - From 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM **Employment Type:** Permanent **Salary:** R$ 5.689,04 What We Offer: * Remuneration: R$5.689,04 * **Meal Voucher:** R$ 30.00 per day. * **Life Insurance** * **Health Plan** * **Dental Plan** * **SESC Benefit Program** * **GoGood Well-being Platform** **Main Responsibilities** * Perform environment analysis using performance metrics to ensure infrastructure continuity and scalability. * Conduct GAP analyses to identify issues in environment administration and propose improvements. * Administer server routines: user creation, access permission management, firewall configuration, audits, log analysis and retention. * Administer Microsoft File Server, implementing features such as ACLs, ABE, Shadow Copy, and disk quotas. * Administer Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), including installation, Group Policy Object (GPO) configuration, user/group/OU creation, functional level elevation, Read-Only Domain Controller (RODC) implementation, trust relationships, and inter-site replication. * Apply security updates recommended by vendors to ensure service stability and functionality. * Manage backup routines and ensure data restoration in case of failures. * Resolve incidents and requests by applying workarounds and proposing definitive solutions. * Configure performance metric collection using Perfmon (Disk IO, memory, CPU, etc.). * Perform capacity planning for Windows Server environments. * Develop Batch, VBS, and PowerShell scripts for automation of administrative tasks. * Create and maintain technical documentation for servers, services, and network topologies. * Implement load balancing using Microsoft NLB. * Install, configure, and decommission servers and software resources. * Install, configure, and maintain services such as DHCP, DNS, IIS, WSUS, Print Server, Microsoft Failover Clustering, and AD CS. * Continuously monitor the environment and analyze performance indicators. **Requirements** * **Education:** * Completed undergraduate degree in IT; * Experience: 4 years of proven experience in the field; * **Mandatory Certification:** ITIL V4 or higher. * **Mandatory Certification (one of the following):** AZ-800 (Administering Hybrid Core Infrastructure with Windows Server), AZ-104 (Azure Administrator), AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate, Google Cloud Engineer – Associate, or Oracle Cloud Operations – Associate.
